《低碳錳硅合金》團體標準由內蒙古瑞濠新材料科技有限公司與烏海三美國際礦業有限公司、烏蘭察布市旭峰新創實業有限公司、冶金工業規劃研究院等單位共同起草編制。燕新集團董事長王季文先生作為主要起草人之一參與了該項標準的編制工作。該項團體標準的制定針對不銹鋼等特種鋼生產所用的低碳錳硅合金產品標準，將有效填補低碳錳硅合金新產品無現行標準的空白，及早滿足該類產品生產和下游用戶對產品標準的需求，規范和促進該類產品發展。
